Aesthetics

 
No other material meets the aesthetic requirements better than porcelain. The material is subject to very high demands in crown-bridge technique as well as in prosthetics. Just like living teeth, with a natural appearance that is not obviously seen as denture teeth. Candulor porcelain teeth with their natural aesthetics and long life meet all the requirements for premium prosthetics. 
 

Material

 
In dentistry more than 80% of all crowns and bridges are individually made of porcelain, and for full dentures it is also an ideal option. It is a natural, aesthetic material with refraction similar to that of natural dental enamel. Selected raw materials form the combination of different shade pigments, and a controlled firing process yields the high abrasion resistance, translucency, shade consistency and natural appearance. 
 

Layer structure

 
Candulor porcelain teeth have a unique layered structure. Six different layers and four different characterizations  form the basis of the Candulor PhysioSet CT Porcelain anterior tooth line. A controlled firing process and continuous quality controls ensure that the material and shading maintain a consistently high level.
 
The different layers and characterizations are still done by hand, giving this tooth line a personal touch of individuality and creativity.
