The Screw-Retained Hybrid Denture and Premium Hybrid Bridge are proven replacements for removable prostheses worn by edentulous patients. A custom acrylic framework is fabricated on your master model work and then scanned. The scanned data of the framework and the individual implant platforms are transferred to a design station where the one-piece bar framework is finalized. After design, it is milled from titanium for a precision fit of less than 20 microns. The industry standard Screw-Retained Hybrid Denture incorporates this bar into the acrylic processing of the denture tooth setup.

For patients with greater financial flexibility, prescribe the Premium Hybrid Bridge. This solution incorporates shaded gingival tissue and zirconia-based ceramic restorations that are cemented onto the precision-milled titanium bar, making it a highly esthetic option. By combining our dental implant manufacturing expertise with our implant laboratory services, Babichenko Dental Lab offers a complete solution for a missing tooth, featuring patient-specific customization and soft tissue management that begins at implant placement. From your full-arch impression, we fabricate a prosthetic drilling guide to suggest the ideal placement of the implant to achieve restorative success, a custom temporary abutment with tooth-specific contours, and a BioTemps® provisional crown to immediately train the soft tissue to create the appropriate emergence profile. For cases in which the implant cannot be immediately temporized, we include a custom healing abutment to train the soft tissue without loading the implant. Also included is a matching custom impression coping, which allows for accurate communication of the implant position and anatomical sulcus to the laboratory. These custom temporary components will be delivered to you with the prosthetic guide, the implant size of your choice, and corresponding surgical drills. When it’s time for the definitive restoration, send us an implant-level impression using the custom impression coping, and we will fabricate a final custom abutment (titanium or zirconia) and BruxZir® Solid Zirconia crown.

Each individual tooth mould has its very own surface structure which in each case has been modelled on natural anteriors. This individuality of the mould, combined with the individuality of the surface, is the striking feature of the PhysioStar® tooth line.

Special attention was focused on the surface finish. This gives the teeth a natural, smooth gloss which accentuates the special effect of the surface structure.
 

Age-related structures

 
Over the course of time, natural teeth show signs of wear. This fact was taken into account in developing the surface of the tooth moulds and age-related structures were included.
Even perikymata, the ridges in the surface of the enamel, have been incorporated in some moulds and underline the overall natural impression.
 

Specially developed layering for each set of teeth

Up to now, the usual practice in the dental market has been to use 1–3 different layering schemes per tooth line. For the PhysioStar® anterior tooth line, Candulor has developed and patented a special layering pattern for each mould which is typical of the tooth, just as we find in nature. Bright interdental flanks avoid shadows in the areas between the teeth
