CAD/CAM Design
We use the latest technology, foremost among which is design and fabrication with a touch-enabled, three-dimensional CAD/CAM computer system.
By manipulating a force-feedback or haptic stylus, the technician can create, on the computer screen, highly detailed shapes much more quickly than can be done with traditional CAD tools.
The system can scan data, design, 3D print in either plastic or powder metal, cast and finish the entire range of dental prostheses.
Multiple design variations can be modeled for restorations of both fixed and removable dentures, by cleaning up, modifying, and stylizing scanned data.
Because these restorations are done by hand, the quality is extremely high.
Also, more than one technician can work on the same project without aversely affecting quality, because of the 3D computerization.
